ISLAND NIGHT BERLIN

The
Aloha Pacific Society and the German Pacific Society (both
NGOs/Non-Government Organisations) are organizing an event
for friends of the South Seas and for Pacific islanders
attending ITB Berlin 2012 (the world's leading travel trade
show) being held 7th-12th March. And ofcourse all Islanders
from Germany and Europe are very much welcome. Especially
invited are exhibitors from the countries of the Pacific
region and the member countries of the SPTO (South Pacific
Tourism Organisation).
We invite YOU to come to Berlin to attend in our cultural
evening on Saturday 10th March.
There will be an extensive programme of Pacific groups and a
buffet. The event will start at 18.00 hrs/6pm. Our dancers
and special guests are already planning their travel - some
from far away! All our guests are welcome to contribute new
ideas or promote products or events and we wish so see YOUR
culltural contribition. We will have official guests from
the missions as well as other important persons. Let us know
early if you you have a proramm item to match with the time
of the programme. Can be a group or solo dancing or any othe
cultural item.
The event takes place at the St.
Michael's Hotel, Bismarckallee 23, D-14193 Berlin which is not far from the trade
fair in the area of Grunewald!
One day earlier on 9th of March we will have our annual
meeting of Aloha Pacific Society. If you are there at this
time you are invited to join also.
We also help you to find affordable accommodation and
have a list of hotels near the festival
site.
Please book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment!
Tickets can be purchased from both societies. The entrance
fee is 25 Euro, Children from 10 to 17 of age pay 12 Euro,
kids under 10 have free access. Tickets are payable at the
door, when reservation is regitrated. Order your ticket per email:

We are
expecting artists from Germany and Europe. Among them
friends from Fiji, Tonga, Kiribati, PapuaNew Guinea,
Easter Island, better I should from the whole Pacific.
If you wish to prerform in any way let us know early
before the programme is full.

We also invite you toattend the Annual
General Meeting of the Aloha Pacific Society one day
earlier on the 9th of March.
