Invitation for the General Meeeting
of the Aloha Pacific Society

We invite all our members and friends to join the General Meeting of Aloha Pacific on the 9th of March. The board has decided to for this meeting to be held.  Members of the board has to be elected. 

Berlin-Grunewald at the "Bismarckzimmer" of the St. Michael's, Bismarckallee 23,  14193 Berlin  at 8 p.m.
  
Not only we are inviting all our members but also all our friends. We will have also guests.  We are expecting your written proposals for new members for the board. The official agenda will sent to members in February.

On the following day we invite you all to join the Pacific Island Night 

   Agenda:                            

1. Decision making of the assembly
2.  Election of board members
3. Finance Report / Business Report 2011
4. Plans of the Society for 2012 and later on
5. minutes of the assemby for registration change (signatures)
Information about the following events in our plan:
- Pacific Islands Festival  in Berlin, August 2012
- Youth Exchange in Berlin 2012
- Carnival of Cultures in Berlin, Whitsuntide 2012/2013
- Pacific Island Night during ITB, Berlin 2013
- Miss Pacific  Europe 2014 or 15?
